    Standard GutterBrush packaging contains 3 foot lengths along with a couple 18 inch sections to make it easy to fit most gutter lengths with simple gutter protection without the need for any cutting or tools. 

    For optimal fit and best results place samples into your gutter and choose the size that:

    • Fills the width of the gutter
    • Crowns above the gutter top creating rounded profile  (if possible)
    • Does not overly compress bristles.

    2.25 In. Sample
    Just what's needed - no more

    So ordered a sample from these folks about 2 weeks ago. The mail apparently is taking it's time and missed the delivery date by going on a week now. I mentioned to them that this first order was their "job interview" for future orders and they got back to me and said they got the order out the same day but that delivery was an "unusual adventure." In other words once it's out the door they didn't feel too much obligation to do anything. I told them I'd try to be patient. Here's the thing: The measure of good customer service not when things go right, it's when they go wrong. If this is an "unusual occurrence," then why didn't they take the opportunity to expedite a shipment out to me? I would have gladly "returned to sender" the original order, assuming it ever gets here. But that just me. Then again, when I was working in customer service situations my department got customer service awards. Just old school I guess. So if you want just average customer service- just what we're obligated to do and no more- these are the guys for you.

    You're right that customer service is defined by how we handle the hiccups, and I’m sorry this one has dragged on longer than expected. We shipped your sample out the same day you ordered (Aug 21st), and tracking shows it’s now scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Unfortunately, this delay looks like a combination of USPS routing and the holiday weekend, which definitely slowed things down more than normal.

    That said, your point is taken. Even though we typically give USPS a few extra days (especially with their tracking sometimes being less than reliable), we’ll be re-evaluating how we handle time-sensitive sample orders going forward.

    I’d still love the opportunity to show you how simple, reliable, and effective GutterBrush really is — and how responsive we can be once it’s in your hands and in the gutter. If you ever need anything, we’re here.
